The Eastman VB65 Solid Top double bass is an instrument of excellent quality, and continues to be one of our most popular and successful double basses. Every Eastman instrument that we sell has been set up in our workshop, which ensures that our instruments are performing at their full potential.

The Eastman VB65 features a solid timber front, and maple laminate sides and back. It is a beautifully constructed instrument, and has a deep brown finish. 

The Eastman VB65 is well suited to any genre, and is a fantastic beginner or intermediate double bass. It has a rich and warm tone, and good projection playing both arco and pizzicato.
