Yota Shimizu is a Cremonese trained, Japanese luthier, currently working with Alberto Giordano in Genova, Italy.

This violin is a meticulously made modern instrument with a powerful and sweet tone. Very reponsive to play with excellent projection.
This instrument features warm orange-red varnish, has a one-piece, lightly flamed back with matching sides, & is fitted with Evah Pirazzi strings.
